3. Who can participate in the BURNTOEARNSHOW?
Anyone who is 18 years and over. Anyone who wishes to be motivated to transform their body and mind. Anyone who would like to participate in a physical fitness challenge and doesn't have health restrictions or objections of their physician.
4. How do I join BURNTOEARNSHOW?
To enter the challenge you need to choose one of the three plans that suits you best - Flying Solo, Give Me Time and Fantastic Duo. After, you will receive a Special BURNTOEARN Invitation with your personal account, password and exact time and date of the start of the BURNTOEARNSHOW.
5. Do I need to buy any special equipment to perform the workouts?
No, you do not. All workouts can be performed in the comfort of your own home.
6. Do I have to go to the gym to complete the assignments?
Absolutely not! All workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home.
7. What if I'm not physically fit and mentally prepared?
These are the exact reasons why you should join the challenge. BURNTOEARN will transform your body and mind.
1. How long is the daily workout?
The daily workout is 30-40 minutes long. YOU choose the best time to do it!
2. Do I have to work out every day or will there be days off?
You will need to do regular workouts Monday through Friday. On Saturday you will receive a BURNTOEARN Special Assignment. Sunday is your day off but if you spend it stuffing yourself with burgers and pizza then all of your workouts will go to waste and your waist.
3. What if I have a tight schedule?
You can always find time to work out, but that is if you wish to win this challenge.
4. What if I miss my daily workout task?
No worries if you miss a SINGLE task, but please keep in mind that it is mandatory to fulfill your weekly BURNTOEARN Special Assignment or you're out! You do want that new awesome body right? Then stay on target, train with BURNTOEARN regularly.
5. Is there a deadline by which I have to send my daily workout report?
Yes. Your daily report should be sent by 11:59PM of the following day Pacific Time.
1. What if my doctor doesn't allow me to do strenuous exercises?
Before starting any physical exercise you should see your physician. To start strenuous exercises is highly unadvisable if your doctor tells you that it is so.
2. What if I have pain or dizziness during my training?
Before starting any physical exercise program you should see your doctor. Your muscles will get sore; your head might get dizzy from excessive oxygen going to your lungs, these are natural physiological reactions if you've been living a sedentary life however you should always consult with a medical specialist first.
3. What if I have a physical injury and I can't do all of the exercises?
Before starting any physical exercise program you should see your physician or family practitioner. If you know you have a physical injury it is best for you to wait until the injury has healed and then resume physical activity under your specialist's supervision.
4. My ankle, shoulder, knee, hip (you name it) has been hurting, should I continue to exercise?
Let's be reasonable. Your well-being is important, and you should see a specialist if you have or feel a discomfort in any part of your body before you begin any exercise program.
5. What if I get hurt during my workout? Will I be kicked out?
You will receive a thorough BURNTOEARN Guide to all workouts that you will have to perform. If you pay attention and follow instructions closely, getting hurt is not an option, unless other factors come into play and you get hit with a ton of bricks or an anvil. This is a competition, if you don't complete the assignments you will be eliminated.
1. Do all participants have the same workout tasks?
Yes! BURNTOEARN celebrates equality!
2. Do I have to do the workouts exactly like the BURNTOEARN instructs or I can change the exercises to make it easier for myself?
If your goal to win this challenge and earn prizes then the answer is ‘yes'' you will need to follow all of the instructions BURNTOEARN Guide gives you. No pain, no gain! The heat is up but that's why this is a challenge!
3. What is the difference between the daily workout task and a BURNTOEARN Special Assignment?
Daily workout tasks you perform without making a video of yourself doing them, but BURNTOEARN Special Assignment you must turn in at the end of the week with video proof. If you don't, you'll be eliminated.
4. What is a BURNTOEARN Special Assignment and why is it so important?
BURNTOEARN Special Assignment is a special physical challenge assignment that you will have to complete every Saturday by a specific deadline. You will have to perform the challenge, make a video of yourself doing the challenge and send the video in to the BURNTOEARN Experts for review. The Experts can easily tell if a participant was dedicated to the assigned workouts during the week or not. If a contestant chooses not to perform this assignment he or she is eliminated from the competition.
5. How will you know if I've completed my daily workout task?
We WILL check your daily workout reports. Every weekday you will have to fill in a form from your account and every weekend you will have to upload your video report with your BURNTOEARN Special Assignment.

We've seen all possible ways people try to cheat and unfortunately, if we catch a person competing unfair, that person will be eliminated. One more tip: If you don't train hard during the weekdays, your BURNTOEARN Special Assignment will be impossible to complete.
6. How will you check my progress?
We WILL check your daily workout reports. Every weekday you will have to fill in a form from your account and every weekend you will have to upload your video report with your BURNTOEARN Special Assignment.
7. What if I just write whatever in my daily reports and in reality do nothing, no one is watching over me so how will you know?
You can try, but we've seen all possible ways people cheat and unfortunately for you, if we catch you competing unfair, you will be eliminated. In addition, if you don't train hard during the weekdays, your BURNTOEARN Special Assignment will be impossible to complete.
1. Do I need to make videos of all of my workouts?
No. You don't need to make videos of your weekday workouts Monday through Friday; however, on Saturday or Sunday you MUST make a video of yourself doing your BURNTOEARN Special Assignment.
2. What if I can't make a video by myself and there is no body to help me to make the video of my workout?
"Where there's a will, there's a way."" Put your phone or tablet on a table, on a shelf, on a chair, prop the back of it with some books, boxes, jars, your backpack, buy a tripod, get inventive and make it stand up at the needed angle or call your friend, your mom, or your neighbor and make them watch and make a video of you as you're on your way to creating an amazing new body!
3. I'm really self-conscious and I feel embarrassed to post or upload my workout photos or videos on Instagram or Facebook. Is this a requirement to participate in BURNTOEARNSHOW?
No, this is not a requirement and you can remain incognito if you wish, however, majority of active contestants like to receive support from their friends and other contestants during the show which helps to motivate them to keep on going! In addition, please don't forget that we give away dozen of prizes every week for hyperactive Instagram users!
4. Will you post my BURNTOEARN Special Assignment video and will anyone see it?
No. Your BURNTOEARN Special Assignment videos will ONLY be viewed by our Special Assignment evaluators.
1. Why could I get eliminated or kicked off the BURNTOEARNSHOW?
You could get eliminated or kicked off if you:
-Don't turn in your BURNTTOEARN Special Assignment on time.
-Do the BURNTOEARN Special Assignment incorrectly.
-Show very weak performance or attempt on your Assignment especially in comparison to other participants.

Disobey rules of conduct at BURNTOEARN:
-Attempt cheating or sending of false daily workout reports.
-Try to advertise your services or goods on the show.
- Act in any way considered inappropriate, disrespectful, insulting, annoying, bullying or demonstrate any other aggressive behavior towards other participants.

2. What does Fail the Special Assignment mean?
You Fail the Special Assignment if you: -Don't complete it -Don't send it in on time -Demonstrate weak results or attempts in comparison to other participants.
3. What do I have to do in order not to get eliminated from the BURNTOEARN?
You need to work hard, always submit your assignments and reports on time before the deadline and follow all rules of conduct at BURNTOEARN.
4. Is there a way to avoid elimination on BURNTOEARN?
Yes there is- train hard, follow all of the rules, meet all of the deadlines or get Give Me Time Plan where you get One Free Pass which is an exception from elimination but only one time.
5. What do I do if I get eliminated or kicked off the BURNTOEARN?
Cry nonstop and wait for the next season to get on the BURNTOEARN to change your erroneous ways.
1. Will I have to be hungry all the time?
No, you will not. Your eating habits will change and most likely you will have to eat more, and more often than you're used to.
2. What if I don't want to follow the diet plan that BURNTOEARN suggests?
BURNTOEARN will calculate your individual Daily Calorie Intake Requirement and provide each participant with personalized daily recommendations. You're not obligated to follow your requirement, what you choose to eat is entirely up to you, unfortunately if you don't get a grip on your eating habits all of your hard training will be in vain. The transformation must go from the inside out, what you put into your body is just as important as how much you exercise. We want you to succeed and therefore recommend following your Daily Calorie Intake Requirement so that you can enjoy the results you'll work so hard for.
3. Will I receive a meal plan and what if I'm a vegetarian?
We will help you calculate your personal Daily Calorie Requirement (DCR). You will be given a meal suggestion plan for your diet requirements but you don't have to eat everything that is suggested. Your DCR is your primary focus for daily intake; how you choose to follow it is entirely up to you.
1. I have a young baby and can't really go out much, can I still participate?
Yes. All workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home. Going out is not necessary.
2. Can I participate if I'm breastfeeding?
Yes, you can. BURNTOEARN Diet and Workout Program are safe to perform while breastfeeding. *If you have any doubts or special circumstances, please be sure to consult with your physician first.
3. What if I have to miss my workouts because of my period?
This is a competition, either you're willing to do your best during the 4-week challenge or wallow in excuses and quit while you're ahead or behind, you decide.
4. Are the workout tasks are the same for all contestants of all sizes?
Yes! BURNTOEARN is a one-size-fits-all- SHOW!
5. I'm not sure of my current physical condition, what should I do?
BEFORE you start any physical activity please consult with your physician. BURNTOEARN is a physical challenge competition to transform body and mind. You will be required to perform sit-ups, jumping jacks, push-ups and other various physical exercises 6 days a week for 30-40 minutes a day. You should be in good physical health and feel comfortable to take on such a challenge.
3. How do I get/pick up my prize?
Upon winning we will contact you and make arrangements for you to receive your prize.
2. Can I just become a contestant and not compete for the Grand Prize?
Yes you can if that is something you choose, but you should know that every week we're giving away prizes to the most dedicated and committed participants. Now you've been working hard, so tell us, could an extra $10,000 really hurt you?
3. How are the winners determined?
All contestants who are ready and wish to compete for the Grand Prize must send in their "Before and After"" photo. The Grand Prize selection consists of 3 rounds:

Round One – Quarterfinal

Quarterfinal is an insider's party only! All BURNTOEARN contestants vote on each other's photos. The contestants have to be objective and vote where the best progress is seen. You can't vote for yourself and you can't ask your friends to vote for you. Those who have made their hard work visible move on to the next round.

Round Two - Semifinal

The "Before and After"" photos of all Quarterfinal finalists'' are posted on a special site where EVERYONE and ANYONE can vote on them. Photos with the biggest amount of votes will have a higher chance to move on to the Final. Here you're welcome to invite your family, friends, and colleagues to vote for you to help you win.

NB! Surely some of you can try to cheat here and create bots to vote for you but please be warned, we will surely find this out and you will be eliminated 100%. This would absolutely suck to be a cheater and a looser at the same time.

Round Three - Final

The most dedicated, and the luckiest will get to this Inferno-Hot Final Battle! This part of the show we would like to keep a secret, after all what fun it would be if there were no BURNTOEARN surprises along the way!

The physical challenge that you ALL will face will bond you together, allow for you to share your experience, your difficulties and your successes. You want to get famous and popular, become hyperactive Instagram user and reveal your difficult path and then show off your results! What can be more satisfying than winning a battle with yourself and then getting paid for it!
3. Do I need to start/continue running during the BURNTOEARNSHOW?
No, this is not a requirement to compete. All workout assignments can easily be done at home, however, if you're driven to win prizes and wish to see true transformation by adding additional burn to your daily workouts you're welcome to it, additional cardio work out is always a good way to do it.
4. Is there an age limit to who can participate in the BURNTOEARNSHOW?

You Fail the Special Assignment if you: -Don't complete it -Don't send it in on time -Demonstrate weak results or attempts in comparison to other participants.
3. What do I have to do in order not to get eliminated from the BURNTOEARN?
You need to work hard, always submit your assignments and reports on time before the deadline and follow all rules of conduct at BURNTOEARN.
4. Is there a way to avoid elimination on BURNTOEARN?
Yes there is- train hard, follow all of the rules, meet all of the deadlines or get Give Me Time Plan where you get One Free Pass which is an exception from elimination but only one time.
5. What do I do if I get eliminated or kicked off the BURNTOEARN?
Cry nonstop and wait for the next season to get on the BURNTOEARN to change your erroneous ways.
Food is my life!
1. Will I have to be hungry all the time?
No, you will not. Your eating habits will change and most likely you will have to eat more, and more often than you're used to.
2. What if I don't want to follow the diet plan that BURNTOEARN suggests?
BURNTOEARN will calculate your individual Daily Calorie Intake Requirement and provide each participant with personalized daily recommendations. You're not obligated to follow your requirement, what you choose to eat is entirely up to you, unfortunately if you don't get a grip on your eating habits all of your hard training will be in vain. The transformation must go from the inside out, what you put into your body is just as important as how much you exercise. We want you to succeed and therefore recommend following your Daily Calorie Intake Requirement so that you can enjoy the results you'll work so hard for.
3. Will I receive a meal plan and what if I'm a vegetarian?
We will help you calculate your personal Daily Calorie Requirement (DCR). You will be given a meal suggestion plan for your diet requirements but you don't have to eat everything that is suggested. Your DCR is your primary focus for daily intake; how you choose to follow it is entirely up to you.
I've got my hands full with a baby!
1. I have a young baby and can't really go out much, can I still participate?
Yes. All workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home. Going out is not necessary.
2. Can I participate if I'm breastfeeding?
Yes, you can. BURNTOEARN Diet and Workout Program are safe to perform while breastfeeding. *If you have any doubts or special circumstances, please be sure to consult with your physician first.
3. What if I have to miss my workouts because of my period?
This is a competition, either you're willing to do your best during the 4-week challenge or wallow in excuses and quit while you're ahead or behind, you decide.
4. Are the workout tasks are the same for all contestants of all sizes?
Yes! BURNTOEARN is a one-size-fits-all- SHOW!
5. I'm not sure of my current physical condition, what should I do?
BEFORE you start any physical activity please consult with your physician. BURNTOEARN is a physical challenge competition to transform body and mind. You will be required to perform sit-ups, jumping jacks, push-ups and other various physical exercises 6 days a week for 30-40 minutes a day. You should be in good physical health and feel comfortable to take on such a challenge.

3. How do I get/pick up my prize?
Upon winning we will contact you and make arrangements for you to receive your prize.
2. Can I just become a contestant and not compete for the Grand Prize?
Yes you can if that is something you choose, but you should know that every week we're giving away prizes to the most dedicated and committed participants. Now you've been working hard, so tell us, could an extra $10,000 really hurt you?
3. How are the winners determined?
All contestants who are ready and wish to compete for the Grand Prize must send in their "Before and After"" photo. The Grand Prize selection consists of 3 rounds:

Round One – Quarterfinal

Quarterfinal is an insider's party only! All BURNTOEARN contestants vote on each other's photos. The contestants have to be objective and vote where the best progress is seen. You can't vote for yourself and you can't ask your friends to vote for you. Those who have made their hard work visible move on to the next round.

Round Two - Semifinal

The "Before and After"" photos of all Quarterfinal finalists'' are posted on a special site where EVERYONE and ANYONE can vote on them. Photos with the biggest amount of votes will have a higher chance to move on to the Final. Here you're welcome to invite your family, friends, and colleagues to vote for you to help you win.

NB! Surely some of you can try to cheat here and create bots to vote for you but please be warned, we will surely find this out and you will be eliminated 100%. This would absolutely suck to be a cheater and a looser at the same time.

Round Three - Final

The most dedicated, and the luckiest will get to this Inferno-Hot Final Battle! This part of the show we would like to keep a secret, after all what fun it would be if there were no BURNTOEARN surprises along the way!
4. This is so unfair! I hate it!
That's ok. Please don't participate in BURNTOEARN and feel free to go on and invent your own "fair"" show.

1. Can my sister train with me?
For sure! With Fantastic Duo plan you'll save $19 dollars.
2. I was told that I could make new friends on BURNTOEARN, is it true?
Yes you can. BURNTOEARNSHOW is a unique challenge where every contestant becomes part of a large family. The physical challenge that you ALL will face will bond you together, allow for you to share your experience, your difficulties and your successes. You want to get famous and popular, become hyperactive Instagram user and reveal your difficult path and then show off your results! What can be more satisfying than winning a battle with yourself and then getting paid for it!
3. Do I need to start/continue running during the BURNTOEARNSHOW?
No, this is not a requirement to compete. All workout assignments can easily be done at home, however, if you're driven to win prizes and wish to see true transformation by adding additional burn to your daily workouts you're welcome to it, additional cardio work out is always a good way to do it.
4. Is there an age limit to who can participate in the BURNTOEARNSHOW?
You must be 18 years of age to participate in the BURNTOEARNSHOW.
5. Can I try out #BURNTOEARN for free to see if I like it because I'm not sure if I'll be able to succeed?
No. This is a competition to get a new body and to win prizes; all participants are either full in or out.
